Free Shank comic released, bridges gap between games

Shank 2 released last week, which I dutifully downloaded immediately, but there’s a bit of a time lapse between it and the preceding title. I simply must know what transpired between the time Shank took down Cesar and his war with the military force threatening his loved ones.

To fill the void, Klei Entertainment released a twelve page comic today. Drawn by Klei’s Creative Director, Jeff Agala, and artist Vangelis Christou, it breaks down the aftermath of Cesar’s death and the events which led to the rise of a new enemy.

They’ve made the comic available for free through ComiXology or as a PDF and it’s pretty good. Certainly worth the asking price if you have any interest at all in Shank.
