The Escalation downloadable content for Call of Duty: Black Ops has been out since early this month on Xbox 360, but it’s only now preparing to launch for the other platforms. Timed exclusives, oh how fun you are. Activision says Thursday, June 2 is the day for PC gamers.
Interestingly, the PlayStation 3 version was only mentioned as having “info coming soon.” Could be that the PlayStation Network downtime had an impact on getting the add-on ready for release.
I know you guys love arguing over Call of Duty DLC, but I think we can all agree that bringing in George A. Romero and co. for the zombie map is a step in the right direction.
