What’s Climax Studios working on?

Climax Studios, responsible for titles such as Smart As, Rocket Knight (2010), Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, and many more, has a couple of new games in the works according to their official website. One is a creepy looking horror title, and the other looks a lot like Prince of Persia.
There’s no mention that this is a Prince of Persia title on Climax’s website, merely the images look a lot like something you’d expect out of a PoP game. Even the lead character looks like the main hero of past games.
Either this is just a giant coincidence, or we’re all giant racists. Either way, looking forward to what both games could possibly be.
