‘Items located in stock’
Last week, Lucario went on sale at Toys”R”Us retail locations. By all acounts, it was a mess. Luckily I didn’t have to deal with it as my previous pre-order was re-instated, but multiple sources informed me that stores typically only had a few units in stock in-store, which scalpers picked up immediately.
Until today, online orders were basically at a standstill, leading to a lot of nervousness as to whether or not Toys”R”Us had sold through the pre-orders. Luckily I just got a notification that my items are “located,” and that shipping is imminent — so if you haven’t gotten your email yet, you may want to call. After contacting Toys”R”Us directly I was informed that Lucario should ship out in the next few days, and I should expect it to arrive between 2/4 and 2/9.
People who pre-ordered Lucario as a solo item will likely get it first, though. Many other Wave 3 figures like King Dedede, Sonic, and Mega Man don’t ship until a week or two after Lucario, so if Toys”R”Us decides to bundle all your items it will come later.
