And Microsoft says it’s limited
Do you have an urge to pick up an Xbox One, but aren’t so keen on the black design that sinks into the background of every entertainment center? You need a console that pops, a hot white machine that boldly writes off any preference for nuance. And hey, if it comes with Halo: The Master Chief Collection, all the better.
That’s what Microsoft has going on right now. The white Xbox One bundled with The Master Chief Collection is finally available in the US. It’s cheap(ish), too! The package is marked at the $350 price we’ve become accustomed to, instead of $400.
Although it’s a weird “bonus” of sorts, but I think that The Master Chief Collection finally works now, more than a half year removed from its release. At least, I haven’t heard anyone complain about it in a long time. Those late adopters get all the sweet perks!
If you have your eye on this bundle, taking your time might not be much of an option. About two weeks ago, Microsoft said that this was a limited-time offer and that once stock is gone, it’s gone for goodsies. However, something tells me this won’t be the end of the white Xbox One.
