Most of it’s free
Five years later, Tripwire Interactive still has Killing Floor on life support. While fans of the game eagerly await its sequel and all the horrific monsters it’s sure to unleash, there’s a new update to the original that might help alleviate the downtime.
Tripwire just released a new add-on to Killing Floor titled The End of the Line that brings a bit of free and paid content to the game. The new stuff that’s free of charge is a developer’s map pack, two wave mode maps (Siren’s Belch and Stronghold), one objective and wave mode map (Transit), and a character named Rachel Clamely who’s unlocked by completing Transit.
Anyone that feels inclined to dish out some money can purchase the Neon Characters DLC pack and/or the Community Neon Weapons DLC pack. Otherwise, just check out all those new maps and begin steeling your nerves for this year’s release of Killing Floor 2.
