Deal shows up randomly
While the PlayStation Plus 1 year subscription cards aren’t exactly a stranger to deals and discounts, they often come visit at random times throughout the year. For example, let’s say you’re looking for a deal on a PS4 or Xbox One. We can typically say “wait for this upcoming ____ holiday weekend and you may see a deal or two.”
But not PlayStation Plus subscription. No sir. They grace us by the whimsical decision of retailers.
“Hey Bob, we’re overstocked on PS Plus again.”
“Alright fine. What day is today? January 14th? Sure why not. Discount them.”
And here we go. Newegg is selling 12,000 units at of PS Plus 1 year subscriptions at only $40 with free shipping. This is the physical card that will arrive via snail mail within a week, depending on your location (ships from Tennessee).
Tax in CA, IN, NJ, and TN. While they’ve told us there are 12k units available, eBay often reports wacky numbers in the “amount sold” section, so lord knows when this will actually sell out.
Not complaining though, thanks for the deal Bob.
