Horror in VR is just not fair
[Update: Capcom has confirmed that Resident Evil 7 will be available on PC and Xbox One as well as PS4.]
Resident Evil in VR? No thank you. The trailer revealed at Sony’s press conference for Resident Evil 7 Biohazard was creepy enough, and that’s without even playing it. I can only imagine how that experience will feel when it’s strapped to your face through PlayStation VR.
Look for Resident Evil 7 Biohazard on January 24, 2017. If you’re feeling especially brave, there is a demo on its way for PlayStation Plus subscribers called Resident Evil 7 Teaser: Beginning Hour. It was up, but the link isn’t working now. [Update: It’s finally live on PSN for US PlayStation Plus members.] The demo is a timed exclusive on PS4 before coming to other platforms.
