Beam me up, Xbox One
I never really ‘got’ Star Wars; to me it seems like a load of old guff in space. Something to do with midi-chlorians killing the younglings and turning them in to coarse sand or something? I don’t know, it’s just never particularly been my bag. So many people are into it though, sometimes it feels like resistance is futile.
What I can tell you about Star Wars is that Star Wars: Battlefront, the big space FPS in development from DICE, will be boldly going to EA Access, and by extension Xbox One, before any other platform. This was confirmed in tweets from Microsoft games Marketing lead Aaron Greenberg.

Other than that, there isn’t much more information out there. Battlefield Hardline also had a trial on EA Access before release, and so it seems as if this will be a regular occurrence for EA’s bigger titles. It seems… highly illogical for Sony to be passing on getting it to the PS4 if this really is the case.
Star Wars: Battlefront is releasing at the end of this year, but we don’t have any specific dates just yet.
