As Jordan learned recently, space has the potential for all sorts of mishaps. Things can be going perfectly smoothly when, all of a sudden, everything’s exploded and everyone else is dead. Also, you’re suffocating because the oxygen-less void is not very conducive to the human need to not suffocate.
Actually, breathe right now. Fill your lungs with air. Isn’t that nice? Earth sure seems like a nice piece of real estate compared to the final frontier. Adr1ft sure has retroactively sullied my childhood desire to go to space camp.
