Unless you’re rocking a 2004 Razr
Man, so many people just want to dance in front of their video game consoles. You may scoff, but Just Dance is the most successful music franchise ever, so that statement applies to some folks. For those who haven’t already adopted, Ubisoft made it considerably easier.
During Ubisoft’s E3 press conference, it was revealed that Just Dance no longer requires a dedicated camera console. Now, any smartphone will serve as the camera needed to track body movement. Of course, if you already have a console camera, that will still work.
On top of that, Just Dance 2016 will have a steaming service where you can subscribe monthly and have access to a whole bunch of extra tracks. That’s not for everybody, though. While the game’s also coming to Wii, Xbox 360, and PS3, only those playing on Wii U, Xbox One, or PS4 have that option. Get in on current consoles if you want to boogie all night long.
