Kingdom Under Fire gets release date Posted 16 October 2007 by James Stephanie Sterling Recommended VideosKind of like Dynasty Warriors, but with considerable RPG influences and four-player online co-op, it’s safe to say that the latest in the Kingdom of Fire series, Circle of Doom, is pretty high up on my shopping list. The game finally has a release date, and American players will be able to smash skeletons to bits on January 8th, 2008. Annoyingly, those stuck in the UK won’t get their hands on the title until February 1st. What a gyp. Still, though it might not be for everyone, fans of button mashing will hopefully enjoy the first serious contender to Dynasty Warriors‘ regal crown of repetition. Lord knows Drakengard wasn’t it. Hit the jump for the full press release on Circle of Doom‘s date. The highly anticipated next chapter in the acclaimed “Kingdom Under Fire” series is set to ship exclusively on Xbox 360 in the following regions worldwide: Japan , Australia/New Zealand and Asia Dec. 13 Americas (U.S., Canada, Latin America) Jan. 8, 2008 Europe, the Middle East and Africa Feb. 1, 2008 “Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom” will take action RPG to a new level by featuring randomly generated and fully destructible maps, your favorite KUF characters, customizable weapons, and Seamless 2-4 player co-op action.
