Grifball is one of Halo‘s most popular community-made game types. It’s a bit like Rocket League but with a lot more killing. Two teams try to move a rugby ball-like bomb into the opponent’s goal. Everyone’s equipped with unlimited-use Gravity Hammers and Energy Swords, so success is rarely sustained for any significant amount of time. Yes, it’s as chaotic as it sounds.
A Harry Potter variant on Grifball ratchets up the bedlam. Ostensibly Quidditch, this version has players flying through the sky while trying to put the ball through one of the arena’s large hoops. This video paints a clear depiction as to what Grifball Quidditch is all about — the earlier portions giving an overview of the action before moving into a player’s perspective.
