Final Fantasy XV’s multiplayer expansion has an online test next week

Fight behemoths with friends

Square Enix has been releasing a steady stream of content for patient Final Fantasy XV players. Before Episode Ignis hits, you’ll be able to get a taste of the upcoming multiplayer mode, Comrades.

Anyone with the season pass and access to Xbox Live Gold or PlayStation Plus will be able to download the test on August 2. The test will run from August 3 to August 8.

The test will give you access to three different quests, where you can battle monsters alongside your friends. You’ll also have limited use of the avatar creation system.

I’m not sure how much a Final Fantasy multiplayer can get its hooks in me, but I like Final Fantasy XV a lot, so I’m more than willing to give it a fair glance.
