The usual suspects
While my Steam purchasing has severely slowed down in recent years, I still catch myself eying the marketplace’s top-sellers list. I like seeing what folks are into and whether or not I’m still with it.
This week, Steam has broken out a list of top sellers, top new releases by month, top VR games, and the most-played titles of the year so far. Let’s take a look. (Note that these lists aren’t in any particular order, as refreshing the Steam page changes the games’ positioning inside their specific group.)

Any surprises on here? I like to think I keep up with VR decently enough but there were a couple of titles that I hadn’t even heard of before. I am glad to see games like Vermintide 2 and Subnautica represented. Most everything else is pretty much to be expected; people love them some Warframe and Dota 2.
