Goth girls rejoice
Rapier clad, goth-lolita fighter Amy Sorel is heading to Soulcalibur VI as DLC. Being the third DLC character added to the roster, Amy was first introduced in Soulcalibur II as Raphael’s adopted daughter before joining the brawl in Soulcalibur III. Bandai Namco announced the update at EVO Japan this weekend with a short trailer showing off her updated look. The date is currently listed as “Coming Soon.”

If Amy sounds familiar, it is likely because her potential inclusion was leaked months ago. If that leak is to be believed, it seems Soulcalibur mainstay Cassandra will be coming next. I don’t mean to sound like a broken record, but I can’t help but feel like these series veterans were cut to sell back at a later date.
