But probably not the one you wanted
Do you have any fondness for Star Wars: Jedi Starfighter? Good! The Xbox Games with Gold lineup for November 2019 is banking on that fact. As far as these things go, it’s not an eye-catching month.
If you’re subbed to Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass Ultimate, you’ll get these four games – all of which are playable on Xbox One thanks to the wonders of backward compatibility – throughout November:
- Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter (Available November 1 to 30) on Xbox One
- The Final Station (Available November 16 to December 15)
- Star Wars: Jedi Starfighter (Available November 1 to 15)
- Joy Ride Turbo (Available November 16 to 30)
The only question mark for me is The Final Station, a game about surviving in a dying world on a train with limited resources while infected hordes roam the land. As it turns out, we have a review! Stephen Turner says The Final Station “rattles along at steady pace, taking you on a reflective journey, all the way to a gut-punching end.” It’s a relatively brisk adventure, too, with a five-hour-or-so runtime.
Or you could just muck about in Sherlock Holmes. That’s always an option.
