When rumors like this are true, it makes me happy: MTV Games and Harmonix have revealed today that Mötley Crüe’s album Dr. Feelgood will hit the Rock Band Music Store next week.
The full album will cost $15.99 (1280 MS Points), with individual tracks running the usual $1.99 (160 MS Points). The full album contains 10 tracks:
1. “Dr. Feelgood”
2. “Slice of Your Pie”
3. “Rattlesnake Shake”
4. “Kickstart My Heart”
5. “Without You”
6. “Same Ol’ Situation (S.O.S.)”
7. “Sticky Sweet”
8. “She Goes Down”
9. “Don’t Go Away Mad (Just Go Away)”
10. “Time for Change”
This is the first time classic Mötley Crüe has hit Rock Band; three tracks from their latest album, Saints of Los Angeles, are already available (“Saints of Los Angeles,” “Down at the Whiskey,” and “Face Down in the Dirt”).
I, for one, am excited that Rat-tailed Jimmy, the second-hand hood that dealed out in Hollywood (and the “protagonist” in the album’s title track), is coming to Rock Band as DLC. I know I couldn’t have been the only one who groaned when newer Crüe was released; keep that in mind when you complain that Harmonix chose to included Guns N’ Roses’ “Shacklers Revenge” on the Rock Band 2 disc instead of say, “Mr. Brownstone.” I’m just throwing that out there into the universe.
