Just in case you haven’t heard, Valve’s long-awaited zombie FPS Left 4 Dead is not coming to the PlayStation 3. Ain’t no way, no how. Valve’s Chet Faliszek has finally put paid to the rumor that L4D is coming to the PS3 with his definitive statement that will put a stop to the discussion once and for all.

“Many people say that they heard rumors that Left 4 Dead is coming to PS3, however despite telling them this isn’t true they still don’t believe us, what more can we say than it is not,” stated Chet.

Well, that’s that then. I am sure we will never, ever, ever, ever hear about L4D on the PS3 again. After all, once a story is denied, that story goes away until there’s a real development. Wait …
