Millionaire Lifetaker
Vampire Survivors is back with a new piece of DLC called Tides of the Foscari. Much like the previous DLC package, Legacy of the Moonspell, Foscari takes place on one large map with plenty of secrets and new characters to discover. One of those new characters is Keitha, the archer. If you’re the type of player who likes taking on your foes head-on instead of relying on AOE attacks, Keitha and her Flash Arrows are a good choice. It can be a powerful weapon, especially when you level it up enough to evolve it into its next form: Millionaire. Here’s how to evolve Vampire Survivors Flash Arrow into Millionaire.
Step 1: Unlock Keitha
This seems like a no-brainer considering Keitha’s signature weapon is the Flash Arrow. Keitha is the last of the three headline characters you’ll unlock in Tides of the Foscari. To get her:
- Unlock Eleanor. She’s in a casket in the upper lefthand corner of the map. Simply touch the casket and defeat all the enemies that emerge to protect it.
- Unlock Maruto. To unlock him, play as Eleanor and max out her SpellString, SpellStream, and SpellStrike attacks, combining them into SpellStorm.
- Unlock Keitha. To unlock her, play as Maruto and max out his Eskizzibur and Armor to evolve his starting sword into Legionnaire.
Once you unlock Legionnaire, you’ll be able to add Keitha to the character-select screen. Remember to survive at least 15 minutes with Eleanor and Maruto to unlock their weapons for general use.
Step 2: Max Out Flash Arrow
Depending on your playstyle, leveling up Keitha might be pretty difficult. It’s best to get one AOE attack to help you in those first couple of minutes (garlic works well), but you also shouldn’t be afraid to charge right at your enemies. The Flash Arrow is pretty powerful and, even on its base level, can kill multiple foes with a well-aimed shot. In order to evolve Flash Arrow into Millionaire, you’ll need to get it up to level 8, so don’t hesitate to max it out.
Step 3: Max Out Clover and Bracer
Yes, unlike most of the other weapons you’ll use, Vampire Survivors Flash Arrow requires two passive items to evolve. Not only that, but you’ll need to max them before Flash Arrow can change into Millionaire. When leveling up, make sure you add Clover and Bracer passive items to Keitha and max out the level on both of those.
Once you’ve completed these three steps, pick up the next chest you see to unlock Millionaire, a powerful attack that rains arrows down from above. Combine it with Spinach and Empty Tome to really increase its effectiveness.
