It’s a little longer than Fallen Order
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is finally upon us, and whether you’ve played Fallen Order or not, you probably want to know how long it is! Well, here’s our detailed breakdown having put the game through its paces, both in terms of story content and side stuff.
It took us roughly 20 hours to finish the story
There are three likely ways that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor playtime will pan out for most people:
- If you rush through, you might be able to clear the game in 15 hours. This is assuming you don’t have many issues with the game’s bosses, and don’t explore that much, if at all.
- Doing a decent amount of side content, it took us about 20 hours to finish the game on normal mode. If you’re playing on a higher difficulty, it may take you a bit longer as you replay and learn various in-game encounters.
- To clear everything (we’re on our way), Jedi: Survivor could easily fit the bill of the 40 hour range. There are rumors (sidequests) to finish, lots of collectibles to find, puzzles to solve (both literal and environmental), and hidden bosses (including bounty hunters) to take down.
After you’re done you’ll also unlock a New Game+ mode
Once you’ve finished the story, you can create a New Game+ file and continue on with most of your progress from your original file.
There are a few extras in tow, most notably the power to replay the entire game with remixed and tougher enemies. Anyone who craves an action challenge will probably enjoy replaying the game with that mode on, with the highest difficulty. You can tack on an extra 15+ hours if you’re down for that!
