Scout’s honor
Call of Duty: Warzone and DMZ are now entering Season 4 Reloaded. With the midway point of this current season, players now have the option to check out some new DMZ missions. One of the latest missions, On the Spot, has players become the ultimate scout. Here’s what you need to do to complete it right now.
How to complete the On the Spot mission in DMZ
The On the Spot Season 4 Reloaded mission is one of the more unique ones in DMZ. There is a single objective that you must meet for this DMZ mission, but it’s going to take your time. Here’s what you need to do:
- Spot and ping at least 10 enemies using the Spotter Scope while you are in the Castle point of interest
Overall, this is rather easy once you have the Spotter Scope item. You can mark enemies by simply pressing up on the D-Pad for controller users. This will let you and all of your teammates follow where the enemy is going.
The only problem here is the specificity of this mission. You have to be in the Castle named location on the Vondel map, which is the northwestern corner of the city. You’ll typically find several enemies here, so it should be easy to ping 10 in a single match.
But even if you aren’t able to find all 10 in one match, the game keeps track of how many you do mark. So, let’s say you are only able to mark five in a match. You can mark the other five you need to complete the On the Spot mission. That is, if you have a Spotter Scope.
Where to get the Spotter Scope
There are a couple of ways to get the Spotter Scope in DMZ. The first is to simply find this item whenever you are exploring the Vondel map through loot containers and chests. Alternatively, you can collect it and save it for future DMZ matches.
You may already have a Spotter Scope or two that you can add to your DMZ loadout and bring into the match. This saves you from needing to look around for one. Additionally, you can go straight to the Castle point of interest and mark 10 enemies to complete this Season 4 Reloaded mission.
