How to craft flower decoration recipes in Fae Farm
Before you can start crafting flower decorative items, you’ll need to plant some flower seeds. This is the first part of the Petal Bloom Festival quest, and it’s a relatively easy task. Head over to Rosalind’s stand, located a short walk east of the town center, and purchase some flower seeds. Any variety will do, so choose your favorites or mix and match for a vibrant display.
Once you have your flower seeds, return to your farm and prepare the ground for planting. You’ll need Mulch, Silt, and Oak Logs to create Flower Beds. If you don’t have Mulch, you can find it in piles scattered around the farm. You can obtain the Silt and Oak Logs from similar piles and strong oak trees, respectively. Don’t worry if you don’t have enough resources to build 15 Flower Beds at once; you can simply plant the seeds directly into the ground.
Remember, the seeds don’t need to fully grow for them to count towards the quest. As long as they are in the ground, they will contribute to your progress. This allows you to save time and focus on crafting the decorative items.
Now that you’ve planted your flower seeds, it’s time to move on to the second part of the Petal Bloom Festival quest: crafting and placing three decorative items with flowers. For that, you’ll need to purchase their recipes from Merritt at the Town Hall. Merritt can be found downstairs in the town center, located south of the map. Once inside the Town Hall, you will spot Merritt near a desk where you can interact with her. Access the Shop option to browse and purchase the Flower Decorative items recipes.
Once you have acquired the recipes for the Flower Decorative items, head back to your homestead to begin crafting. The recipes will be added to your crafting list, allowing you to easily create the desired items. Follow the requirements outlined in each recipe to ensure successful crafting.
If you find yourself running low on crafting materials, fear not! You can reclaim the previously crafted Flower Decorative items and start the crafting process anew. By employing this method, you will be able to smoothly progress through the quest without accumulating unnecessary surplus items.
