Ascension materials for Topaz in Honkai: Star Rail

To ascend Topaz and unlock her full power, you’ll need to gather a variety of materials. The primary ascension material is the Searing Steel Blade, which can be obtained from the formidable boss, Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Scorch. The boss is located in the Great Mine of Jarilo-VI, and defeating this boss multiple times will yield the necessary materials to fully ascend Topaz. The number of runs required will vary depending on your Trailblaze Level, so be prepared for a challenging grind.

In addition to the Searing Steel Blade, you’ll need the Silvermane Badge, Silvermane Insignia, Silvermane Medal, and tons of Credits. You can farm the Silvermane Badge and its upgrades from weak enemies, especially the Guard enemies in Belebog. Playing in the Simulated Universe may also sometimes give you Silvermane Badges. However, the best way to get these materials is through Assignments, which give you a lot at once.

Here is a breakdown of the Ascension materials required for Topaz:

  • Searing Steel Blade x65
  • Silvermane Badge x20
  • Silvermane Insignia x15
  • Silvermane Medal x13
  • Credits x308,000

Trace Materials for Topaz

To level up Topaz’s skills and talents in Honkai: Star Rail, you must collect Trace materials. These materials include different kinds of arrows, Silvermane items, Regret of Infinite Ochema, and Tracks of Destiny. The hardest part of getting Trace materials is farming the arrows, which takes a lot of time, and Trailblaze Power.

Below is a list of the Trace materials necessary for Topaz:

  • Arrow of the Beast Hunter x18
  • Arrow of the Demon Slayer x69
  • Arrow of the Starchaser x139
  • Silvermane Badge x41
  • Silvermane Insignia x56
  • Silvermane Medal x58
  • Regret of Infinite Ochema x12
  • Tracks of Destiny x8
  • Credits x3,000,000

To get the Regret of Infinite Ochema, you must challenge the Phantylia Echoes of War Weekly Boss. This boss is weak against Wind, Imaginary, and Lightning attacks. Oh, and don’t forget to gather a bunch of Credits while you’re on your adventure, as Topaz’s talents require additional funds to reach their full potential.
