It might be the end of the world in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3‘s Zombies mode, but that doesn’t mean the party needs to end. In fact, crashing pool parties has become even easier.
I’m going to be honest. Urzikstan isn’t really my jam. Now, don’t get me wrong, I enjoy deserts and zombies, but for whatever reason, this peanut butter and chocolate isn’t blending for me. As such, I don’t mind it when Easter Eggs like the Shahin Manor require me to ignore both and spend time in the pool.
Additionally, this mission gives us a shot at the PHD Flopper Can, plus I’ll even throw you a bone and add a couple more ways to pick up the schematic.
Where to find the MW3 Zombies Shahin Manor Easter Egg
This objective harkens back to the lawless days of Jackass and jumping from balconies into pools. In this case, we must ascend a pergola on the majestic Shahin Manor grounds and go leaping into the pool. It’s a pretty cut, if not dry, affair.
Shahin Manor can be found at the bottom right of the map, in Sector H7. Leisurely walk, run, or parkour your way to the rooftop. There will be a pergola with a seating area underneath it. Hop up, take in the scenic view, and rush headlong into the pool. If you’ve done it correctly, a Reward Rift will appear.
Being in a Tier I area, it shouldn’t be too difficult to complete this. Zombie density tends to be low and there’s not much interference otherwise. Do note that if you are playing with other players, whoever completes the challenge first will lock out the others in that session from partaking. As such, I recommend turning off the party fill option before matchmaking.
Rewards
- PHD Flopper Can
- Diving into a prone position triggers an explosion. Said explosion gets bigger the higher one falls. Also grants immunity from fall damage while diving and player weapon explosive damage.
How to get the PHD Flopper Schematic in MW3 Zombies
As for getting the crafting schematic for the PHD Flopper Can, it’s a little tricky. At the time of this writing, there isn’t a dedicated way to unlock it other than luck. The best way to improve your odds is to complete as many contracts as possible, as the schematic can be a reward (rare).
Other ways to get the PHD Flopper Can in MW3 Zombies
Beyond the Shahin Manor challenge, the PHD Flopper can be acquired from Perk Machines, which spawn randomly across the map. They cost 2000 Essence, so you’ll need to complete a few contracts beforehand to have enough capital.
Beyond that, the can has a chance of spawning literally anywhere. It has a very low chance to do so, but it can happen. As such, you’ll want to channel your inner trash panda and rummage through everything. Good luck, Little King Trashmouth!
