Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has a single-player campaign that has garnered ambivalent reviews.
It also has plenty of multiplayer elements, allowing you to play the campaign with friends or strangers around the world. This guide will explain the differences between the two and whether you can play Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.
Is Suicide Squad playable offline?
No. You cannot play any mode of Suicide Squad without an internet connection. This is highly annoying, as it means that the single-player mode cannot be accessed unless you connect to the Warner Bros. servers. Consequently, you need the internet to complete a single-player game.
To be clear, no aspect of the game, whether it’s adjusting settings in the menu or the single-player is accessible. Even if you have an internet connection, there’s the chance that Warner Bros. simply won’t let you connect. It happens more times than you’d imagine.
Of course, the multiplayer aspects need an internet connection. Here, you can invite friends and form a clan. There is no PvP, just co-op.
I object to the need for an internet connection for single-player games and believe these games should be accessible regardless of someone’s internet connection situation.
