Another BitLife challenge, the Pushing Roses challenge, is more brutal than usual. You’ll have to hurt the person you love most, survive life in prison, and then leave and find love. Here’s how to complete the Pushing Roses Challenge in BitLife.
BitLife Pushing Roses Challenge guide
The Pushing Roses Challenge in BitLife has five objectives to complete:
- Be born a female in Louisiana
- Un-alive your mother at age 23
- Go to prison for ten years
- Write a memoir after leaving prison
- Marry someone within two years of leaving prison
Completing this challenge requires becoming famous to write a memoir. While special careers like musician and acting are the easiest ways to do this, you can also become a famous writer, chef, and more. However, doing this in a country you’ve been incarcerated in is difficult, so I’ll dive into a few strategies soon. First, let’s talk about the rest of the challenge.
How to be born a female in Louisiana in BitLife
The first part of this challenge involves creating a female character whose starting country is the United States and whose starting place is New Orleans. New Orleans is a city in Louisiana, making it a great beginning location for this challenge. I also recommend picking up a special career talent, such as music or acting, as these are viable options for becoming famous later. Otherwise, you’re not required to have these, so don’t stress if you don’t.
Alternatively, you can pick the criminal special talent to increase your odds of succeeding with the murder attempt later in this challenge. This is also completely optional, but it’ll help later and is generally a useful perk if you own the pack.
After creating your character, age her until she’s ready to take musical instrument, singing, or acting lessons, depending on what you picked at the beginning. Again, if you don’t plan on going these routes, skip this step. If you want to become famous using a special career, start honing your skills to make things easier later.
Committing crimes and going to prison in BitLife
Once your character turns 23, it’s time to commit a serious crime. Head into Activities, select Crime and choose Murder before picking her mother. For the best chance of success, go for a method like drive-by or poison. Commit the act successfully to knock out the second task. Don’t age up before doing this, as your character has to be 23 for it to count toward the challenge.
From here, if your character got away with it without going to jail, you’ll have to find a way to commit another crime. One route you can go is committing a crime like bank robbery or burglary, getting a reduced sentence, then attempting to escape jail but purposely failing to get an extended sentence. Either way, stay in jail for 10 years to finish the third task.
Another option is to wait until you become famous, increase your fame to 100 percent, and then land in jail. That way, before you’re out, you may still have some fame and have little trouble increasing it later. It’s entirely up to you how you handle this part.
How to write a memoir in BitLife
Writing a memoir requires becoming famous, which is difficult considering your limited career options after going to jail. Alongside the option I described above, you have two additional methods to completing this part of the challenge:
- Go for a special career like acting, modeling, or joining a band
- Emigrate to a different country
To make things easy, I like having my character emigrate to a different country before going through the regular process of becoming famous. However, if your character had success before landing in jail and still has some fame, you can use methods like requesting verification on social media to boost your fame.
From here, it’s just a matter of finding a publisher to release your memoir once you gain or redeem your fame status. To do this, head into Activities, choose Fame, and pick Book before writing a book. As long as you have the funds to publish the book, you’ll finish the fourth task of the challenge.
Marrying someone after two years of prison in BitLife
Lastly, it’s time to get married. After leaving prison, you’ll want to find a romantic partner and save money for a wedding ring. The more money you spend on the ring, the higher your odds of success. Using the money you get from becoming famous, purchase an expensive wedding ring through the shopping menu and propose to your partner before getting married. Don’t worry about prenuptial agreements or divorce later; the important part is marrying someone to finish this task. Once you get married within two years of leaving prison, you’ll complete the final task of the Pushing Roses Challenge in BitLife.
