Crappy peripheral maker Areus Tech had already blown the world away when they revealed they were going to release a whopping 21-piece Wii Remote attachment collection, but they weren’t content with mediocrity. 21 is such a low number, it lacks the pride and prestige of, say, 38. Yes, 38 useless additions to the Wii Remote would really be the crowning achievement in the world of stuff that people don’t need. So they went ahead and did it.
I believe their greatest triumph is at the top in the form of a fishing spear. You know, for all those spear fishing games. At least that has a pointy end, though. The penultimate in uselessness must be the fishing rods, which would basically turn your Wii Remote into a stick and bring about a whole bunch of injured eyes. Of course, that still isn’t the most damaging thing you can use with your Wii. Sadly, at the moment it doesn’t seem possible to purchase all 38 wonderful pieces of white plastic at Areus Tech’s site, but when you can this might actually be one hell of a collector’s item.
