We recently told you about the Korg DS-10 Plus, a new DSi-using upgrade to last year’s music-making software on a DS cart. Reading about the upgraded tech specs is one thing, but actually getting to see and hear this new synthesizer/sequencer title in action really brings home what has been added in.
Below the jump you’ll find an almost 5-minute video from the folks at AQ Interactive, demonstrating the musical power of the Korg DS-10 Plus, which is set to release in Japan on September 17th. Things start out pretty normal, with a more advanced version of the last title’s demo song. But by the 3 minute mark, things start sounding crazy, and you’ll begin to hear the power this software holds. It really does sound like it has twice the musical ability of the previous title, Korg DS-10. Why didn’t they just do that the first time?
I love the silly visual demonstration of two DS-10 boxes tied together alongside two DS Lites. The happy long-haired man removes all of this from the table and comes back with a DSi and DS-10 Plus. We get it!
