The Gran Rey Cero ability in Type Soul is a powerful moveset that replaces your existing standard Cero move. Before you can use Gran Rey Cero, you first need to obtain the ability and equip it. Here is how to get the Gran Rey Cero ability in Type Soul.
How to get Gran Rey Cero
In order to use the Gran Rey Cero ability in Type Soul, you need to consume nine Hogyoku Fragments while you are a Vastocar. It is required that you are a Vastocar while consuming the Hogyoku Fragments because if you are not, it will not contribute toward unlocking the Gran Rey Cero ability. You also need the previous upgraded Cero ability which is Cero Oscuras.
You can acquire the nine Hogyoku Fragments you need to unlock Gran Rey Cero by participating in the new Boss Raids, as they have the highest chance of dropping a Hogyoku Fragment on completion. You can still do the old faction raids, but the drop chance is much smaller.
Once you’ve acquired nine Hogyoku Fragments, make sure you are a Vastocar and consume them. Once you’ve consumed all nine, look under your Special Skill Tree and you will see the ability to equip Gran Rey Cero. Make sure you equip Gran Rey Cero to your hotkey bar to be able to properly use it.
