Like most games these days, Wuthering Waves is encouraging engagement and good times by providing the community with some Twitch Drops.
While there is some “free” stuff up for grabs, there is a bit of a downside to this one that we shall discuss further down the page.
How to get Wuthering Waves Twitch Drops
Twitch Drops for Wuthering Waves will be available from May 22 until June 22, giving you a full month to find the time to get your hands on them. You’ll need to go through a few steps to be able to get your hands on the items, however.
- Download and play Wuthering Waves until you hit Union Level 2 and get access to the Redemption Code function.
- Log in to Twitch.
- You have to gift or buy two Twitch subscriptions to any streamers in the Wuthering Waves Category.
- Ensure that the channel you purchase or gift the subs for is streaming Wuthering Waves at the time.
- Sadly, these cannot be Prime Subs.
Once that is done, the Twitch Drop will appear in your Twitch Inventory, so head there and click the Claim button. Log in to Wuthering Waves and go to Settings, Other, and then Redemption Code. Pop in the code and hit Confirm. Now, check your in-game email to find the items.
The Twitch Drops will be the following items:
- Astrites
- Shell Credits
- Advanced Energy Core
- Incomplete Overlord Class Echo
- Advanced Resonance Potion
Obviously, paying for Twitch Drops on the first weekend isn’t the best thing in the world for players, but this is being done as part of the Support a Streamer program. I guess the best thing for the devs is to encourage as many streamers as possible to get into the game over the launch.
