Ash of War: Rolling Sparks Location
To get the Ash of War: Rolling Sparks, you will need to go to the eastern side of the camp at the south of Shadow Keep. You can get there easily by following the road north from the Highroad Cross Site of Grace at the back of Castle Ensis; just make sure to avoid the attention of the massive Furance Golem if it is still alive. Here, at the northernmost point of the camp, you will find a hill. Climb that hill, and you will come to a group of white-clad Perfumers.
Take them all out and keep climbing the hill, then clear out the second group. Now, turn around and face toward the Shadow Keep itself, and you will see a small flying bug holding a glittering ball. This is a scarab, and hitting it with an arrow or bolt will cause it to fall to the ground. When it does, kill it with your melee weapons and then instantly roll backward. These little guys will explode upon death, but when that happens, you will earn the Ash of War: Rolling Sparks.
What is Rolling Sparks?
The Ash of War can be used on Perfume Botle weapons and will give you the Rolling Sparks skill. Using the skill will cause you to scatter perfumed powder before you, triggering rolling explosions of deadly sparks. The properties of the sparks are determined by the perfume bottle used. Cost 14 Focus Points to use.

Why is Rolling Sparks so OP?
The main reason Rolling Sparks seems to cause such a ruckus is that the multitude of hitboxes that make it up can be concentrated if you cast it at the ground at your own feet. You can also stack up a bunch of buffs on it to really take advantage of all the damage. Stand close to a boss, cast it at your own feet, and profit.
