Apex Legends Double Take Collection Event is now live, bringing Quads to the game as players are queuing up in 4-member squads for the Apex Games. As is tradition, the limited-time event comes with new themed items up for grabs. Collecting all of them will automatically reward players with the new Lifeline Prestige Skin.
What are Prestige Skins in Apex Legends?
Prestige Skins in Apex Legends are some of the rarest items in the game, and they are dynamic in nature. Once you unlock a Prestige Skin, players have to complete a set of objectives by playing with the Legend in order to unlock all the variations of the Prestige Skin. These skins can be obtained during a collection event, by opening an Heirloom Shards Pack, or by spending 150 Heirloom Shards in the in-game Mythic store.
Lifeline Prestige Skin
The Lifeline Prestige Skin, called Apex Corrupter, comes with three different tiers. After earning the skin, Tier 1 is automatically unlocked and players then have to 30,000 damage as Lifeline to unlock Tier 2. To unlock Tier 3, players have to deal 100,000 damage as Lifeline. The Lifeline Prestige Skin set comes with dynamic tier-based skins, a new skydive animation, and a new Lifeline finisher called “RidDOCulous”.
Apex Legends Double Take Collection Event: All 24 items
During this event, there are a total of 24 event-themed items that players have to unlock to get the Lifeline Prestige Skin in Apex Legends. These items include Legend banners, weapon skins, and Legend skins. There are six epic Legend banners, six Epic skins, and a total of 12 Legendary skins that are split equally between weapons and Legends.
Apex Legends Double Take Collection Event is offering epic skins for Ash, Caustic, and Vantage. You can also get a Rampage, P2020, and Charge Rifle epic skin during this event.
As for the legendary skins, you can grab legendary skins for Octane, Crypto, Fuse, Conduit, Alter, and Revenant during the Apex Legends Double Take Collection Event. Legendary weapon skins for RE-45, L-Star, Eva-8, Alternator, Triple-Take, and Havoc are also available.
How to get collection-themed items in Apex Legends?
You can get all 24 items by opening themed-event packs during this event, and each collection event Apex Pack costs 700 Apex Coins. All collection event packs contain at least one item from the collection, and the contents will not drop duplicate items. So, players can get all 24 items by opening 24 collection-themed Apex Packs. Players can also unlock an item from the event by spending 1,800 Apex Coins. Another option to unlock an item from the collection is by consuming 2,400 Craft Materials.
