Kojima Productions is serious when it says that Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker is a full-fledged MGS title and isn’t just another portable spin-off. As part of the game’s mighty promotion, a specially branded Peace Walker walkman has been revealed. And here we thought Snake was all about the iPod.
The Sony/Konami collaboration has produced a camouflaged waterproof NWD-W253 music player for those brave souls left in the world who still use Walkmans. As well as looking cool and Snake-flavored, the Walkman comes loaded with six songs based on the Peace Walker soundtrack and customers will obtain a special code for a Paz costume in the game itself.
So, that’s a thing you can buy if you’re in Japan.
