New Halo: Reach details reveal improved matchmaking

Shacknews got the skinny on some of the new and improved features that will be implemented into Halo: Reach. Everything that was annoying about Halo 3 seems to be getting rectified in Reach. You’ll be able to see what your friends are doing a lot easier now and joining a friend in a game won’t be a giant pain in the ass anymore.

What I’m really looking forward to is the new Arena Playlists. This is for the hardcore players and thanks to everything Bungie is doing in Reach, you’ll want to keep improving your profile as opposed to creating a fresh new account because you’re bored, like in Halo 3.

Shacknews has more to say on the new features of Halo: Reach that I won’t go into here as that would be a dick move. It goes to show you how much of a Halo fan I am if UI changes like this get me super excited.

In the pants.

The Halo: Reach beta goes live on May 3 to those that own Halo 3: ODST.
