What did videogame blogs talk about before LinkedIn? The most recent juicy tidbit seems to out that work on the sequel to Alan Wake may well be underway.
The LinkedIn profile of an artist shows that work may have been done on the in-game cinematic for the title as recently as April of this year. While not officially announced, Alan Wake developer Remedy — which shipped the first game just last year to quite a bit of buzz and generally favorable reviews — has always seemed keen on a follow up.
“There will be more Alan Wake, if we have anything to say about it,” writer Mikko Rautalahti told Xbox World 360. “It’s a bigger story than just one game, and we want to make it very weird and scary and wonderful.”
Would seeing the sequel at E3 this year get you excited, or would you rather see Microsoft focus on fresh titles at this year’s conference?
