Yoshinori Ono has been slowly unveiling Street Fighter X Tekken. Here at San Diego Comic-Con he showed off a few new bits of the game’s fighting system. He also showed off some changes made from feedback that came from E3.

Ono says that Super Arts are back with this game, but he’s more excited about the new Super Charges. These are charge moves that do not involve gauges. You can charge up to three levels, and at its highest level you can perform a Super Art without using the Cross Gauge.

Also shown off for the first time to the public is the Cross Assault system. Remember the Dramatic Battle Mode from the old Alpha games where both Ken and Ryu would beat up on Bison? This Cross Assault is like that, but more strategic. It’s both team members bashing on the opponent from both sides.

Ono wants gamers to know that he’s listening to feedback gathered from . He heard some complaints about visual aspects of Street Fighter X Tekken’s UI after E3 and he is now showing off improvements at Comic-Con. A yellow base for the vitality bars makes them easier to read. They also flash a red color when vitality falls lower than 25 percent. Ono asks for continued feedback from these tweaks.
