When Rock Band 3 hits shelves on October 26, Bob Marley & The Wailer’s “Get Up, Stand Up” will be playable on the disc. But it won’t be Marley’s Rock Band debut — according to a commercial spotted on VH1 Classic, the musician’s greatest hits record, Legend, will be available for download on September 21.
While Harmonix and MTV Games have yet to officially announce the downloadable content, these are the tracks that appear on the CD release of the album, and (in theory) should be available for download by month’s end:
• “Is This Love
• “No Woman, No Cry”
• “Could You Be Loved”
• “Three Little Birds
• “Buffalo Soldier”
• “Stir It Up”
• “One Love/People Get Ready”
• “I Shot the Sheriff”
• “Waiting in Vain”
• “Redemption Song”
• “Satisfy My Soul”
• “Exodus”
• “Jamming”
No word on pricing, but you can expect individual tracks to run you $1.99/160 MS Points/200 Wii Points, and the pack will probably save you a few bucks. Based on the comments I had made about Marley’s “Get Up, Stand Up” appearing in Rock Band 3, I have a feeling a ton of people are going to be thrilled about this content. Well… are you?
