A former QA tester for Take-Two Interactive, Aaron Martinez, might have exposed the company’s harsh treatment of their testers. Martinez is in the process of suing Take-Two for a number of reason such as not being completely paid for the work they’ve done and that Take-Two did not allow the testers to take “required off duty meal and rest breaks.”
Take-Two are sticking by their guns and saying that they’ve all been paid and that they were given rest breaks in accordance with the law. This discovery was made when a NeoGAF user posted a letter they had received from a court asking whether or not they would like their information shared.
We contacted the law firm presenting Aarion Martinez and received confirmation that the firm are currently “prosecuting a case against Take Two.”
