(In honor of the upcoming Rally to Restore Sanity/March to Keep Fear Alive I shall deliver all the news this weekend twice: First the sane way, and then the fear way. It’s the weekend, I get to do stuff like this (I hope… please don’t fire me).
Sane: Taco Bell and EA have teamed up to push the MySims franchise onto the chalupa loving children of America. Starting today (or technically yesterday, since it’s 12 a.m. on the East Coast) children will get to choose from three MySims items when the purchase a kid’s meal: a sticker case, a MySims Sky Heroes activity poster or a full copy of MySims for PC.
Wait, the options are stickers, a book or an entire videogame? I’d say that is easiest choice ever, but fast food places never have all the toys in one store, and you always seem to be in the store with the crappiest toy. Good luck finding a copy of that game kiddies.
Fear: There is nothing sane about eating at Taco Bell. I’ll be the first to admit that chalupas are delicious, but it isn’t worth it, especially if you’re feeding that junk to your kids. Make your own tacos, they take ten mintues. This time the fear part is far more sane than the sane part.
