Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater 3D is going to be included in a future 3DS bundle in Japan, but it was unclear whether there’d be anything special about the hardware. According to game director Hideo Kojima, it’ll be quite special indeed.
The above photo is a glimpse of the “snakeskin” 3DS that will arrive to accompany Snake Eater 3D when it finally launches next year. No word on whether this will stay in Japan or cross the oceans, but it’s pretty cool regardless. Apparently it’s the world’s first embossed snake pattern videogame system. Quite an achievement!
Now we just need a furry one and one that glows in the dark.
