CES: Ice Dragon Cooling brought their cool dragon

Do any of you guys water cool your PCs? The very idea of having liquid of any kind running through one of my computers scares the crap out of me because I just know that I’ll screw it up somewhere and wind up with a soggy system.

The gang at Ice Dragon Cooling don’t suffer from any of those concerns, clearly. They built this PC to show off their nanofluid coolant, a high viscosity fluid which they claim will considerably help to keep systems cool. Originally conceived as a research project by a pair of students at the University of South Carolina, the project proved successful enough that the duo decided to go into business developing coolants which they hope will be used for a wide variety of cooling applications outside of computers, including internal combustion engines, lasers and even clothing.

For what it’s worth, I looked at it and immediately thought of the Jem’Hadar. But, then, I am an enormous nerd.
