That’s what it looks like, at least
Adult Swim Games has a great track record when it comes to their games, and Super Comboman looks like a fun little brawler. It takes place in a sticker world with destructible environments and colorful characters that give me a little secondhand embarrassment when I look at them, so you know it’s probably funny.
I also quite like the anime-esque aesthetic in the trailer above and the silliness taking place in the screens I’ve seen so far. Perhaps it’ll be a worthy contender for my previous favorites Monsters Ate My Condo or Monsters Ate My Birthday Cake. Perhaps a monster will eat the strange rotund man in this game and we can call it a trilogy.
Super Comboman will be out on Steam this Friday for $14.99, and it’ll be 20% during the launch week too.
