All Call of Duty MW3 Beta rewards and how to claim them

Who doesn’t want to play as a red crash testing dummy, though?

The hype surrounding the imminent release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is about to reach its absolute zenith, with campaign mode early access already out. And, for those who participated in the beta access, there’s a whole array of (potentially) delightful Modern Warfare 3 beta rewards waiting to be claimed, too.

An obvious caveat to keep in mind here is that none of the items featured below are unlockable anymore. Both of Modern Warfare 3‘s beta access weekends have already wrapped up, and there’s no way for newcomers to unlock any of these goodies. However, if you did jump into the beta and get a few kills going, or if you simply spent some time watching your favorite streamer play the game on Twitch, you will have a few claimable items to show for your troubles once the new COD multiplayer fully rolls out.

MW3 Beta Rewards – Twitch Drops (October 6 – 16)

As is usually the case, Modern Warfare 3‘s first official beta running from October 6th to 16th came with its own set of unique rewards. The only way to get these, however, wasn’t to participate in the beta, but for you to watch Twitch streamers instead. Depending on how much time you spent watching the streams, you may have unlocked any of the following exclusive items:

  • 30 minutes: Desk Decor loading screen
  • 60 minutes: K1LLF33D weapon charm
  • 120 minutes: Let’s Fight weapon vinyl
  • 240 minutes: Dangerful weapon blueprint (Striker .45 SMG / UMP-45)

Of course, we do hope you connected your Steam/Battle.net account with Twitch before you watched any applicable streams for any of these rewards to unlock at launch.

Modern Warfare 3 Beta Rewards – Gameplay Rewards (October 14 – 16)

Most Call of Duty fans who had access to Modern Warfare 3’s second beta weekend, however, are sure to have unlocked at least a few additional goodies on top of the Twitch cosmetics. This particular beta access event ran for only two days, though, meaning many players might not have had the opportunity to get the featured rewards in the first place. Less than ideal, yes, but that’s how FOMO works.

Unlocking Modern Warfare 3‘s beta skins was quite simple, at least. As long as you reached a particular progression level, you unlocked the appropriate rewards. With just 30 levels’ worth of unlocks to go, it didn’t take more than a few hours worth of time to get them all:

  • Level 2: Appetite: Whet animated emblem
  • Level 7: Operation Beta weapon charm
  • Level 9: Beta Tester animated calling card
  • Level 11: MWIII Beta weapon sticker
  • Level 15: Did The Beta weapon vinyl
  • Level 20: Beta Ripper weapon blueprint (MCW carbine / ACR PDW)
  • Level 24: Beta Proof weapon sticker
  • Level 30: Tester Operator skin

All of the Beta rewards will be made available for you for the full launch of Modern Warfare 3 on November 10. Provided, of course, that you reached the appropriate character level in the beta.
