Where to get Uber Unique items

To get Uber Uniques in Diablo 4, you have to farm Andariel or Duriel. They are both Uber bosses encountered at level 100, when you have the proper materials to summon them in their respective dungeons.

To summon Andariel, these are the following items needed:

  • 2 Pincushioned Dolls
    • Sources: The Beast in the Ice, World Bosses
  • 2 Sancscorched Shackles
    • Sources: Lord Zir, World Bosses

To summon Duriel, these are the following items needed:

If you wish to fight the Tormented version of these bosses, you will need to triple the resource count and use two Stygian Stones to summon them at their respective locations.

In the case that you get an Uber Unique, but not the one you are looking for, you can break this down to get Resplendent Sparks. You can farm enough to get the Uber that you want.

Are Uber Uniques worth it?

In most cases, Uber Uniques are worth it. They tend to have stats that are versatile among many builds for certain classes in Diablo 4. For example, if you are a Sorcerer, The Ring of Starless Skies can work with any kind of elemental or ability-specific build you’re going for. The same also goes with the Harlequin Crest.

Drop chances are abysmal for these items and it will take you several runs to finally see one, so don’t give up. Group up with others in public lobbies to do a key share run.
