The newest May 10 update for Anime Crossover Defense added some new units and reworked a lot of the pre-existing ones. While each map can make use of specific units, there’s still a general viability for some units over others. We’ve put together this Anime Crossover Defense Tier List for the May 2024 update so you know which units to go for when summoning.
Anime Crossover Defense Tier List (May 2024)
Using our Anime Crossover Defense Tier List you can decide which units to focus on when summoning. Even though it’s random, you can at least know the value of each unit you summon. The units in the S Tier are extremely versatile and should always be equipped, as they are powerful on all maps and stages. Those in the A Tier are strong as well and can be used in most situations, though there may be some better options depending on your lineup. Those in the B Tier are decent enough to use until you build out your S Tier and A Tier arsenal, while those in the C Tier should be avoided at all costs as they are simply way too undertuned. Here is our Anime Crossover Defense Tier List including the May 2024 update:

- Modoro
- Rengogo
A Tier

With this team you will be able to do powerful AoE damage for most waves, as well as have a solid single-target defense for waves that include bosses.
