Another showcase is arriving this summer, though this one won’t be until next month. Annapurna Interactive announced today that it’s hosting a publisher showcase on July 28, 2022.

The news came at the end of the Day of the Devs showcase, following the Summer Game Fest Live stream. Annapurna Interactive says it will be bringing reveals, announcements, and more to its showcase.

Its stream will go live on July 28 at 12 p.m. PT / 3 p.m. ET on Annapurna’s Twitch and YouTube channels.

The streams of summer

A few of Annapurna Interactive’s published titles have already been spotlighted in other showcases. The crazy cat adventure Stray got a release date of July 12 during the recent Sony State of Play. And speedrunning FPS Neon White locked in a launch even closer, on June 16, during today’s Summer Game Fest stream.

So what else is there to expect? Well, there are still some announced Annapurna Interactive-published titles that we haven’t seen in a while. Thirsty Suitors is part of this weekend’s Tribeca Games spotlight, and could be a pretty fun spotlight for a showcase.

The next Blendo Games project Skin Deep is also now an Annapurna joint, and is one I’d love to see pop back up. Plus, there’s always the likely chance that we see something we haven’t seen yet, and that’s often one of the cooler surprises in these shows. The thing you didn’t even know you wanted!

We’ll see what Annapurna has in store for its 2022 showcase on July 28. Thankfully, that’s a ways off from the otherwise traffic-jammed weekend we’re rolling into as part of Summer Games Fest. The kickoff showcase was this afternoon, and there are still several showcases in store for the next few days, including Xbox and Bethesda, the PC Gaming Show, and a Capcom stream.
