As an ignorant American, I have long assumed (wrongly) that just because I have the opportunity to use (actually, ignore) PlayStation Now, that everyone around the globe has that same freedom.

Nope! Japan is just being introduced to Sony’s premium cloud streaming service. An open beta is slated to arrive there tomorrow, September 16, with around 150 PlayStation 3 titles for starters.
