Al-Ghul is a slaver who has taken advantage of the dispossessed in Baghdad for far too long, and Basim wants to put a stop to it. To do this, he first has to lure Al-Ghul out of Caravanserai which is heavily guarded.
With a little investigating and some impeccable stealth, you can get Al-Ghul where you need him to finally assassinate him. This Assassin’s Creed Mirage guide will show you how.
Locate the merchant
The first step is to locate a merchant. You can do this by using Enkidu to scout the area. You should eventually find the merchant located near one of the entrances to Caravanserai. Speak to the merchant, and you’ll learn that he’ll move if you manage to steal some goods for him. This will be your hardest stealth challenge yet, but through patience and a little forethought, it can be done.
Sneak into Caravanserai
To get into Caravanserai, you’ll need to jump onto the awning beside the merchant. Climb a little higher, and you’ll notice an open window. You can climb onto the window’s ledge and assassinate the guard standing beneath.
Creep to the door beside the guards at the far end of the room. If you’re careful enough, you can exit without alerting the guards which is ideal because they have armor, so it’s not recommended you get into combat with them if you can avoid it.
Steal the merchant’s goods
exit through the door and there should be a guard to your right. Assassinate him before sneaking ahead to the stairs which lead to the ground level of Caravanserai. Sneak very slowly here because the place is swarming with guards.
At the bottom of the stairs, head left and there should be a guard there that you can assassinate. Continue creeping ahead and you’ll find another guard standing in front of a partition. If you creep very carefully, you can assassinate him stealthily. However, if you’re having trouble with this part, simply pay a musician to distract the guards.
Once the guard is out of the way, creep around the partition and pick up the goods you’ve been searching for. It’s a wooden crate covered by a blue cloth. Creeping out is harder because you’re carrying the loot, but if you retrace your steps back upstairs before quickly leaping off the ledge of Caravanserai into the bushes below, you can make it out undetected.
Give the goods to the merchant, and he’ll thank you for your hard work. Now you’re ready to assassinate Al-Ghul.
