Two Pok?mon distribution events are planned for October
Gengar only became my favorite Pokémon in the last few years, but now that it’s my bestie, I don’t see that ever changing. (Sorry, Feraligatr.) Matter of fact, I’d even be willing to step foot in a GameStop for a distribution event related to the ghostly Pokémon — true love.
There are two events planned for Pokémon X/Y in the United States this year and both require leaving the house. The first one is for a shiny Gengar with its Gengarite Mega Stone, obtainable via a “special code card” at GameStop from October 13 – October 26.
The next event is for Diance — claim yours from October 27 – November 16 at the game retailer. The Diancite Mega Stone isn’t included here; you’ll need to earn it in either Pokémon Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire once those titles launch on November 21.
